Items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of products being delivered. The following restrictions apply.
• Any product purchased during clearance sales or discount offers, will not be eligible for return.
• All items must be returned unworn, and in a good condition. Please be careful when trying items at home, do not stain them in any way, as stained items cannot be returned. Once an item has been altered in any way, this product can no longer be returned.
• Sarees: The same return policy applies to sarees, however if the blouse piece has been cut off or removed, the fall been stitched or if the blouse has been stitched or altered, the saree cannot be returned.
• Jewellery: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and necklace sets which include earrings cannot be returned. Any other jewellery items can be returned within the 7 days but please note we will not accept any returns if the labels have been removed.
• Please do not remove any labels, as for a refund to be valid the products must be sent back to us with all labels intact. Failure to do so may results in your return being sent back.
• If items being returned have been worn, then we reserve the right to send them back to you. The same applies to soiled, altered or damaged items.
• In case of genuine fault from our side, we will refund the money including the shipping cost or we may replace the product without additional charges.
• The return address is mentioned in the Return Authorisation Form →, Please send the product back only to the address specified in the Return Authorisation Form.
• Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Saree or Saree stitched with custom blouse, Jewels. However, we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
• All Items must be in new and unused condition.
• All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns.
• All items must be in original packaging, have all tags attached and include all instructions.
• Gift cards and gift wrapping costs are not refundable.
• The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable where the customer wants to change his order after the dispatch.
• In case of refund/ return, there will be no refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
• For any exchange request please allow us 7 business days after receiving your old product in our warehouse for the exchange to be processed and shipped. We request you to kindly send all exchanges or returns via traceable couriers so that you can check the status and also intimate us their tracking numbers. Neither VarietyHaat.com nor any third party supplier can be held responsible for returned items that go missing in transit.
• We request our customers not to accept any couriers in damaged conditions. If you find that your item or it is damaged upon receiving the order, please let us know immediately and we will send you a replacement of the same item at no extra cost.
• Used items or opened items with missing tags, instructions, original packing, etc. will not be accepted in any circumstances and no claims for exchange will be entertained.
• For any refund and exchange request, you need to first send us an email to our customer service address. It has to be approved first from our end. Once approved we will send you the return/exchange form along with the return address.
• Don't return any item without the approval email from us as this won't be accepted. You need to raise the return request within 7 days of receiving your product.
• Once we approve your return/exchange request we will send you the '' Return Form '' along with the return address. You need to duly fill it and enclose the same with the returned item and clearly state the reason of return.
• Please note that any items returned without a Return Form may cause a delay in processing your refund or exchange and subsequently may not be processed.
We request you to kindly send returns via traceable couriers so that you can check the status. Neither VarietyHaat.com nor any third party supplier can be held responsible for returned items that go missing in transit.
How to send the returns?
• You must fill the returns form before sending any returns.
• If you have any questions or clarification you can contact our customer support, we shall assist you on how to have the product sent back to us.
• The return can take place anytime within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
• Send any returns back to us through a delivery service that is a signed for so that there is confirmation of your returns. If you wish, you may also insure your parcel. The responsibility of the goods remains yours until it has been received back in our premises.
• If the goods have been received in damaged condition then our liability is applicable only if you contact us within 24 hours of delivery of goods after which we are not liable for any damaged delivery.
• Once you make a decision to return the received goods you need to call us on our helpline number or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and provide basic details like order number, contact details, etc. and ask us for return of the order.
• When you return items back, please send a copy of the invoice with goods, so we can process the returns easily – failure to enclose the invoice with the goods means we are unable to identify whom the items are being returned from, meaning we will be unable to process the refund.
• You will need to courier the goods to the address that will be mentioned to you via E-mail.
• The goods should be in proper condition with no tag removed from the clothes. If any of the tags is removed we won't be able to return the product.
• The goods should reach us within 10 days of putting a request for return. VarietyHaat.com doesn't take any responsibility for the courier not reaching us within 10 days failing which the return won't be initiated.
• Once the goods reach our facility physical verification takes place to check for any defects and to check the tags and labels.
• On the completion of physical verification of goods the return refund is initiated.
Refund on Returns:
• We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
• At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
• In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
• The cost of returns will be covered by you. If you have asked for a refund, then the initial delivery charge will not be refunded. We will only refund the value of the product requested for refund. All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment and you should expect to receive the refund within 15-20 working days.
• We check each item before it is sent to our customers. However if you receive an item that you deem faulty, please email us at email@example.com immediately with your order number, item code and information about the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery of goods after which we are not liable for any damaged delivery.
• Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. A majority of our items are hand embroidered and hand crafted and therefore is fragile items. Heavily embroidered or stone work products may slightly get displaced and this is not regarded as a fault as this is due to the nature of the work.
