A. No, You don't need to register on the website. You can purchase any product and add to your shopping cart by entering as guest user. After that you can enter your Billing & Shipping details at the checkout Page.
Q. Which courier services do you use for product dispatch?
A. We use DHL/FedEx/DTDC courier service as of now. However, we are looking to add few more trusted courier companies for our product deliver very soon.
Q. When will you process the orders?
A. We will process the orders by next working day from the date of receipt of the order once the payment is cleared.

Q. If I am dissatisfied with the design of the product, can I exchange or refund the product?
A. You need to raise a refund or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. If the refund request is due to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 HRS of the receipt of the products. Once a returned good is received by us we will make a refund decision. It will be solely at the company’s discretion and it will be final. Please note that shipping charges, custom duties (if applicable) and credit card charge (if applicable) will not be refunded and you need pay the shipping charge when you want to return a product. Q. Do I need to pay custom duties? Is it applicable every time I place the order?
A. Custom duty charges/ VAT/ Import duty, are solely under the discretion of the local governments and it is levied for any import or export of goods. That is why you need to pay the same as per your country’s import Rules. Also as it is under the discretion of the local government, so we can’t advice when it will be levied and when not as it is decided at the destination point

Q. When can I expect to receive a refund?
A. It may take up to 14 working days for us to process your refund. However, it may take an additional 2-3 days for your payment provider to process the refund and it to show on your Bank, Credit Card or PayPal Account. The cost of your product will be refunded to the credit/debit card/PayPal account used to make the purchase. However, shipping charges, credit card charge (if applicable), customs duties or taxes paid at the time of receiving your order are not refunded.
Q. What if I receive a wrong item?
A. It is unlikely that we will send you a wrong item. However, if it happens please contact our customer services team immediately and we will try to resolve it as a matter of priority. You need to fill a “Return Form ’’ before sending it back. Kindly refer to our Return and Refunds policy. Please note that we can only send a new item after receiving the old item in its original condition. For any wrong item sent by us we will refund you the shipping costs. Returned item should always be in unused and resalable condition.
